Welcome to Icy Hut LLC. By booking our Italian ice services or subscribing to our promotional messaging, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

By booking, users must check the box confirming consent to receive event updates and details via SMS and email. Users may also opt-in to receive promotional marketing messages, including special offers, discounts, and product updates. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Users must be 18 years or older to book or subscribe.

1. Booking & Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits are applied toward the total service fee.

By paying the deposit, you confirm your event details and agree to these Terms.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

All deposits are non‑refundable.

Icy Hut LLC reserves the right to cancel due to weather, emergencies, or vendor/venue issues. If we cancel, you will receive either:

A full refund of your deposit and any prepaid amounts, or

An alternative service date or solution.

3. Event Modifications

Requests to change the event date, time, or location must be made in writing.

All changes are subject to availability.

Modifications may result in additional fees or adjustments to the total service cost.

4. Service Delivery

We will provide the agreed‑upon Italian ice flavors, quantities, and service style as listed in your booking confirmation.

We will arrive on time and set up as scheduled.

If delays or access issues are caused by the client or venue, additional charges may apply.

5. Health & Safety

All products comply with applicable health and safety regulations.

Dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated before the event. We will accommodate within reasonable limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, and trademarks belonging to Icy Hut LLC remain our exclusive property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any event is limited to the total amount paid to Icy Hut LLC for that event.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Icy Hut LLC harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California Civil Code.

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation.
